What are the shipping times?
Canada: 1 to 2 weeks once package has been dropped to the post office.
US: 2-10 days after the package has been dropped to the post office.
International: 15 to 60 days after the package has been dropped to the post office.
When will my order ship?
I try to take all packages Friday & Wednesday to the post office. You can expect your order to ship 1 (or 2 weeks during high peak times) after your have placed the order.
I have a pre-order item, when will it ship?
I add expected times in the description of every pre-order product.
If your order has one pre-order product, the entire order will ship only once all pre-orders items have arrived so plan accordingly! If you need one product before that, please submit the orders separated.
Do you ship worldwide?
As of March 01, 2024, we do! However, I DO NOT collect VAT, customs or duties at this storefront. You are responsible for any fees that oncur on arrival.

I would like to cancel/return my order
If the order has yet to ship, please contact me to cancel your order. Cancelling your order before shipping will be entitled to full return minus processing fees (5% of order total + $0.5). This fee is determinate by Stripe.
Orders that have been processed and shipped are not entitled to any type of refund. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
My order is lost/missing
Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do on my end for lost packages. All of your orders are insured, so please contact the shipping company directly to fill a missing package claim.
I cannot refund nor replace lost packages, sorry.
My order arrived damaged
Please contact me with details. I take time to package all orders carefully and unfortunately, I can't do much against some post officers. If the order was damaged due to external forces, I can't help there.
